Located in West Berlin, NJ, the park is readily accessible from Philadelphia (20 miles), Atlantic City (45 miles), Wilmington, Del. (45 miles), and Newark, NJ (83 miles). The park features a number of body and tube slides, including Mount Kilimanjaro, a tube slide in which the whole family can ride together at the same time. Water-based basketball and adventure playgrounds are also available, as is a pool and slide area dedicated solely to toddlers. Sahara Sam’s Oasis also features New Jersey’s only surfing simulators, which enables visitors to try out their surfing skills on artificial waves. Situated in Mount Laurel, NJ, near Interstate 295, the park features six water slides, three of which are more than 300 yards long. The three shorter slides are ideal for younger visitors, as is the Parrot’s Perch adventure playground about which they can be found. A lazy river allows visitors to meander slowly along a 300-foot route. Water-based basketball offers fun for adults and children alike, as does the Lily Pad Adventure assault course.
